Q: What is the difference between printed minifigures and decaled minifigures?
A: Printed minifigures are typically mass produced with details being printed directly on the minifigure. Decaled minifigures are hand crafted and cannot be mass produced. They are created by applying decals with printed details on a blank minifigure, then sealed with sealant to add a layer of protection from the elements.
Q: Am I purchasing the full minifigure or just the decals?
A: Many of the custom minifigures on our website are made with decals. If the minifigure is under the Custom Minifigures category, you are paying for the completed minifigure in the picture unless otherwise specified.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat rate of $5 for customers in the US. We only ship through USPS.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are usually packed on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays so processing can take up to 8 days. Once your order has been shipped, you may track your package through the tracking number that is sent to your email.
Q: How is tax calculated?
A: The tax is will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship to the United States.
